About ToolNest
ToolNest is a collection of browser-based utilities operated by the site owner. Some tools are available; pages marked Planned or In Development are not yet functional. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed.
Use the site responsibly
Use ToolNest only for lawful purposes and only with files or information you have the right to use. Do not interfere with the site, try to bypass its security, access private areas without authorization, distribute malware, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
Tools and results
Tools are provided for general informational and productivity use, not as professional advice. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and depend on the information and assumptions you provide. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for financial, legal, medical, safety, or business decisions. Keep original files and independently verify important calculations.
Your files and messages
Available tools currently process inputs in your browser; that processing does not send those inputs to ToolNest’s server. If you send a contact message, your name, email address, and message are stored so the site owner can handle your request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Any optional third-party code, when enabled, is subject to the provider’s own terms and practices.
Site materials and your content
Unless stated otherwise, the ToolNest name, original site text, visual design, and software are owned by or licensed to the site owner. You may use the public site for personal or internal business purposes. Do not copy or republish the site itself, sell access to it, or interfere with it without permission. You keep the rights you have in your input files; any rights in outputs remain subject to rights that apply to the source materials.
Availability and limits
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every tool or result will be accurate or suitable for your needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site owner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms removes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when ToolNest or its services change. The date at the beginning of this page shows when the Terms were last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
