Last updated October 19, 2026. ToolNest is designed to let you use its tools without sending your working files to our server. This notice explains the information the site does handle.
Who operates ToolNest
ToolNest is the name of the website at zoomee.xyz, operated by the site owner. For a privacy question or a request about information you have submitted, use the Contact page. We use contact details to review and respond to the request you send.
Files and text used with our tools
The ten tools currently available process the files or text you select in your browser. ToolNest does not receive or store those inputs as part of tool processing; results remain in your browser until you copy, download, or close the page. You choose what to share if you submit a contact message or use third-party code that the site owner has enabled.
Messages sent through Contact
The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and your agreement to store them so the site owner can handle the request. Messages are saved in a private admin inbox backed by the site's database. Email notifications and automatic replies are not configured. Messages are kept until an administrator deletes them; no automatic deletion schedule is configured. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or sensitive files.
Technical information and site security
When your browser requests a page, the VPS and web-server software may process connection and diagnostic information such as your IP address, requested URL, time of the request, browser details, and response status in server logs. The contact handler does not add an IP address or user-agent to a message record. A short-lived keyed digest of an email address is used to limit repeated contact submissions. Private administrator accounts use session cookies, and administrative actions may be recorded in an audit log; visitors do not need an account to use public tools.
Cookies and browser storage
The public site can save your Light, Dark, or System theme and Modern or Editorial design choices in browser local storage. Analytics consent is saved there so the site can remember your choice. If you allow analytics, a random browser ID is saved in local storage and a tab session ID in session storage. The private admin area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie for sign-in. Optional third-party code may use its own cookies or browser storage if the owner enables it.
Analytics, advertising, and other providers
ToolNest first-party analytics is optional and starts only after you choose Allow analytics. It records public page paths, referral host and optional campaign labels, link destinations, and approximate visible time. It does not inspect tool inputs, collect country, or determine VPN/proxy status. A random browser ID is saved only after consent; the server stores a keyed hash of that ID, not its raw value. Analytics event records are deleted after 90 days. The site owner can also enable third-party verification or advertising code through the admin workspace; that code may send page or device information directly to its provider under the provider privacy notice. The hosting and database services process information needed to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell contact information.
Retention, requests, and your choices
Contact messages are reviewed and deleted manually; there is no automatic purge. You can ask the site owner to provide, correct, or delete a message you submitted by using the Contact page. Depending on where you are and the law that applies, you may have additional rights, such as access, correction, deletion, or objection. We may need to retain information where required for security or by law. The geographic location of processing depends on the hosting and any third-party services in use.
